Natasha has built a career across multiple facets of the real estate industry and founded Lumi Realestate with her team.

As a trainer and assessor with REIWA, she has helped shape and mentor the next generation of real estate professionals.

Her background as a property valuer for mortgage lending, combined with her unique interpersonal and negotiation skills, has earned her a reputation as a highly regarded industry expert.

She holds a Bachelor in Property Economics from Western Sydney University. Natasha is known for going above and beyond for her clients and consistently delivering outstanding results.

Sergei Simonov

Sergei brings a wealth of experience in relationship building, community engagement, and high-end real estate sales to Lumi Realestate.

His personable approach and proven ability to sell prestigious residential houses, commercial assets, industrial sites, offices, and warehouses make him an invaluable asset to the business especially in the Canningvale, Fremantle and Rockingham areas.
